Sam Ratulangi, Jl. R.A. Kartini, and Jl. Prof. Moh. Yamin, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The method used was an exploratory method through comprehensive observation of the area, accompanied by image documentation and the creation of a herbarium collection. To determine the scientific names of the plants, identification was based on morphological characteristics. The results of the study showed that there were 124 types of landscape plants belonging to 33 families and 116 genera. The most commonly found family was Araceae with 17 species, followed by Asparagaceae (16 species) and Apocynaceae with 13 species. Based on their habit type, landscape plants consist of herbs, shrubs, trees, small trees, and vines, while based on conservation status assessment, most species are classified as “Not Evaluated (NE)” and “Least Concern (LC)”, with a few others classified as “Vulnerable”, ‘Endangered’, and “Critically Endangered”. The landscape plants found are native to various regions such as tropical America, Africa, East Asia, the Pacific, and Australia. Overall, this study reveals that office areas in Palu City have high landscape plant diversity and are adaptive to local climatic conditions..
Aira Syahra, Ramadanil Pitopang Copyright (c) 2026 Biocelebes https://bestjournal.untad.ac.id/index.php/Biocelebes/article/view/18005 Sat, 04 Jul 2026 23:30:36 +0000 POPULASI, KERAPATAN DAN POLA DISTRIBUSI Deplanchea bancana (Scheff) Steenis DAN CATATAN BEBERAPA JENIS TUMBUHAN PADA TANAH ULTRAMAFIK DI KABUPATEN TOJO UNA-UNA, SULAWESI TENGAH https://bestjournal.untad.ac.id/index.php/Biocelebes/article/view/18140

Ramadanil Pitopang, Hasma Leli, Moh Iqbal, Hasan Ajalia, Muh. Can there are two ingredients be a good source of nutrition for white oyster mushrooms? The research was designed in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of seven treatments and three replications. The treatment composition is a comparison between empty oil palm fruit bunches (EFB) and sawdust ; P1: without EFB, sawdust 100%g ; P2: EFB 25% + sawdust 75% ; P3: EFB 10% + sawdust 90% ; P4: EFB 15% + sawdust 85% ; P5 : EFB 20% + sawdust 80%; P6: EFB 25% + sawdust 75%; P7: EFB 30% + sawdust 70% . The Each treatment was added with 9% rice bran + 1% lime + 500 ml water. The parameters observed were mycelium growth on the baglog, mycelium incubation period until it filled the baglog, incubation period until pinheads appeared, number of pinheads, incubation period until fruit bodies were formed, number of fruit bodies, fruit body morphology, fresh weight of fruit bodies and dry weight of fruit bodies. The results of observations based on parameters show that sawdust and empty oil palm bunch waste can be used as a growth medium and for the formation of white oyster mushroom fruit bodies, the best treatment is treatment P5 (sawdust 400g + EFB 100g), with an average dry weight of the fruit body of 79g.
Umrah mangonrang, Fitrianti Fitrianti, Eny Yuniati, Amalia Purnamasari Zainal Copyright (c) 2026 Biocelebes https://bestjournal.untad.ac.id/index.php/Biocelebes/article/view/18088 Sun, 05 Jul 2026 14:55:19 +0000
