Abstract
The distribution of LPG gas cylinders at PT Nurcahaya Langkat often experiences time delays caused by unstable distribution routes and not paying attention to vehicle capacity. The determine of shortest routing distribution of LPG gas cylinders using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is the aim of this research. It is used because it has a solution in solving the optimal routing design problem with certain limitations. The result shows that the first truck has 6 trips a week with a total distance of 525.32 km. The second truck has 7 trips a week for a total of 408.45 km and has 2 routes on Mondays. And the third truck has 12 trips with a total distance of 597.36 km and has 2 routes each per day.
