Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis ngengat genus Lymantria pada empat tipe habitat (pemukiman masyarakat, agroforest, hutan sekunder dan hutan primer) di kawasan Taman Nasional Lore Lindu yang dilakukan mulai bulan Oktober sampai November 2016. Koleksi spesimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkap cahaya (Light trap) dan identifikasi dilakukan dengan melihat karakter sayap. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan terdapat empat spesies Lymantria yang ditemukan yaitu L. buruensis, Lymantria cf demotes, L. lunata dan L. chroma. Keempat spesies ini dapat dibedakan berdasarkan ukuran tubuh dan warna dasar sayap.
