Abstract
Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Pencucian Media Serbuk Gergaji Terhadap Keberadaan Dan Aktivitas Beberapa Enzim Media Dan Tubuh Buah Jamur Tiram Putih telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai Desember 2014, di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Andalas, Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dianalisa dengan metoda Independent Sampel T Test dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu pencucian dan tanpa pencucian media serbuk gergaji dalam 10 ulangan. Pencucian media serbuk gergaji diharapkan dapat mengurangi kadar tanin yang bersifat annutrisi dan menghambat kerja enzim bagi jamur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai aktivitas enzim tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan pencucian media. Aktivitas selulase media tertinggi (0,0354 µmol/g) dan tubuh buah (0,0231 µmol/g), sedangkan aktivitas protease tubuh buah (341,8 NU/g). Aktivitas amilase pada media tidak menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda nyata antara perlakuan pencucian dan tanpa pencucian.
