Penelitian tentang “Pengaruh Kapur dan Dolomit Terhadap Pertumbuhan Miselium dan Produksi Jamur Kuping Hitam (Auricularia polythrica (Mont.)Sacc)†telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai Oktober 2014 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi/Mikologi, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Andalas, Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kapur dan dolomit terhadap pertumbuhan miselium dan produksi jamur kuping hitam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dalam dua tahap penelitian, masing-masing terdiri dari 4 perlakuan, yaitu 0%, 1%, 2% dan 3% kapur dan dolomit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan penambahan kapur 3% dan dolomit 2% terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan miselium (0,51 cm/hari dan 0,42 cm/hari) dan hasil produksi (35,93 g dan 38,17 g).Downloads
