Abstract
"> Penelitian mengenai “Pengaruh Kapur dan Dolomit terhadap Pertumbuhan Miselium dan Produksi Jamur Tiram Cokelat (Pleurotus cystidiosus O.K Miller) telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Mei sampai Oktober 2014 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi/Mikologi, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Andalas, Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapur dan dolomit terhadap pertumbuhan miselium dan produksi jamur tiram cokelat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dalam dua penelitian, masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 4 perlakuan, yaitu 0%, 1%, 2% dan 3% kapur dan juga dolomit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapur 1% dan dolomit 1% memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan miselium maupun terhadap berat tubuh buah. Pertumbuhan miselium pada perlakuan kapur yaitu 0,75 cm/hari dan 0,48 cm/hari pada perlakuan dolomit. Hasil produksi terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan kapur 1%.
