Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan karakter cacing tanah di habitat hutan primer, hutan sekunder, agroforest, kebun coklat dan pemukiman masyarakat di Taman Nasional Lore Lindu. Koleksi sampel dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2016, menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan melihat habitat cacing tanah yang ditandai dengan adanya casting, habitat lembab dan ditutupi kanopi pohon. Cacing tanah dikoleksi di 5 plot ukuran 30 x 30 cm dengan kedalaman 0-30 cm. Sampel yang ditemukan dibius menggunakan formalin 2% dan dipindahkan ke formalin 4% untukfiksasi. Identifikasi sampel diperoleh 3 jenis cacing tanah yaitu Polypheretima sp1, Polypheretima sp2 dan Polypheretima sp3
