The articles of this journal are published every six months, that is March and October (2 issues per year). This journal is developed by Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Tadulako University and has been identified in Crossref with the DOI Number : 10.22487/j24428744. Jurnal Farmasi Galenika (Galenika Journal of Pharmacy) has been accredited by Kemenristekdikti as Sinta 3 starting from Volume 5 No 1 March 2019 (National Accreditation). Journal History
Jurnal Farmasi Galenika (Galenika Journal of Pharmacy)(e-Journal) is a scientific journal published by the Department of Pharmacy, FMIPA, Tadulako University, Palu. This journal was initiated by the chairman of the Department of Pharmacy at the time, Syariful Anam, M.Si, Apt., by forming a committee team chaired by Mrs. Alwiyah Mukaddas, M.Si, Apt. This journal began publishing scientific articles for the first time in the March 2015 edition. At first, this journal was only a forum for lecturers in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNTAD to publish the results of their research which was the result of research from undergraduate students. Editor in Chief of the Galenika Pharmacy Journal was first held by Mrs. Alwiyah Mukaddas, M.Si, Apt.
After two years of publication (4 editions), this Journal then changed its management. Starting in 2017, the Galenika Journal of Pharmacy (Galenika Journal of Pharmacy) has a new Editor in Chief, namely M. Sulaiman Zubair, PhD, Apt
With the enthusiasm to improve journals in a better direction and to prepare journals to become Accredited National Journals and Scopus Indexed International Journals, several activities have been carried out. One of them is getting assistance for Electronic Scientific Journal Management from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education for Year 2017. With this assistance, several activities have been carried out to improve and improve the quality of the Journal, such as: Website development, journal registration to DOAJ, use of DOI number indexation for each paper per edition. published from the March 2017 edition, editorial board workshops, scientific article writing training and online submission and review training.
One of the improvements made is to change the appearance of the galenika pharmacy journal template. Starting from the October 2017 issue, the journal writing format template has changed.
The galenika pharmacy journal has been accredited with sinta rank 4. As of Volume 5 No. 1 in 2019, the galenika pharmacy journal has been ranked 3rd
Journal of pharmacy galenika is indexed in DOAJ
In 2020, Galenika Pharmacy Journal has expanded its OJS system to OJS 3, with a new url address.
In 2021, the Galenika Pharmacy Journal will only accept manuscripts in English, in an effort to become an international journal
