Background: Lannea coromandelica (Houtt.) Merr. is a plant that has long been used in traditional medicine and is known to possess antioxidant properties. Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the antioxidant activity of stem bark extracts of Tammate using various solvents and extraction methods. Methods: The analytical methods employed include different extraction techniques (maceration, reflux, and sonication), while the study also utilizes different types of solvents, namely distilled water, 70% ethanol, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane. Antioxidant activity was assessed using the ABTS method (2,2'-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) and analyzed through main effect plots and interaction plots. Results: The results obtained showed that the highest antioxidant activity was found in ethanol 70% extract with sonication method with an IC50 value of 10.685 µg/mL, while the lowest was the n-hexan extract with reflux method with an IC50 value of 201.515 µg/Ml. Conclusions: The main effect plot analysis curve shows that the use of solvent variations and extraction methods has an effect on the value of antioxidant activity (IC50). Then, on the interaction plot curve, all the data interacted and showed that the variation in solvent and extraction methods was significant to the value of the antioxidant activity of the L. coromandelica extract
